Il workshop sarà suddiviso in una lezione tecnica al mattino (Flying low) e una lezione di improvvisazione/composizione al pomeriggio.
A chiusura del workshop, i partecipanti prenderanno parte ad una performance presso Chapitô Danisinni, piazza Danisinni , 90134 (PA), domenica 4 maggio.

Struttura del workshop
La mattina la classe tecnica sarà indirizzata verso il Flying low, un metodo di danza sviluppato da David Zambrano, una disciplina che abilita il passaggio e la connessione dalla posizione eretta al lavoro a terra e di nuovo in piedi, in modo fluido e il più velocemente possibile.
Tutti i membri di Brut Movement conoscono questa tecnica.
Il pomeriggio sarà dedicato all’improvvisazione e alla composizione della performance di gruppo a cura di Brut Movement con i partecipanti del workshop.

I movimenti del corpo, la voce, il testo e la musica saranno coinvolti nel processo.
Il workshop è aperto a chiunque (professionisti o amatori) che abbiano voglia di performare.
Brut Movement è un collettivo di danza con sede a Bruxelles specializzato in modo particolare sull’improvvisazione.
I suoi componenti sono artisti eclettici che hanno esperienza in diverse forme d’arte: composizione musicale, danza urbana, canto, circo e teatro.
La peculiarità del gruppo è la volontà di sfruttare al massimo questi talenti per realizzare spettacoli crudi, indisciplinati e fisici.
Brut Movement si concentra sulla qualità performativa, sulla fisicità virtuosa e sull’interazione con il pubblico. In ciascuna delle loro performance, il collettivo crea situazioni in cui l’immaginazione è in continua evoluzione, grazie alla proattività di ogni individuo nel gruppo.

Workshop Structure
In the morning, the technical class will focus on Flying Low, a dance method developed by David Zambrano. This discipline enables the transition and connection from an upright position to working on the ground and back to standing in a fluid and fast manner.

The afternoon will be dedicated to improvisation and the composition of the group performance, curated by Brut Movement with the workshop participants.
