During the workshop, spanning 10 days, the performer’s body becomes an instrument that examines and experiences a transition from “Act to Acting”. The exercises serve as training models – each one with different mental and physical demands. The transforming body as an invaluable source of endless inspiration. Strengthen physicality, anchor a sense of bodily awareness and find precision in performance. Discover creativity, not just in exterior instructions, but by stretching your own imaginative, physical and transformative possibilities.
